Export your data from Quandoo
From the Quandoo dashboard go to Settings → Data → Export. Download three files: customer list, booking history, deposit / no-show rules. All CSV.

Upload the file into Coperti
In Coperti open Settings → Import → Quandoo. Drag in the CSV — the system recognises the native Quandoo schema and maps the fields automatically. If you are unsure, our team reviews the file with you.

Configure rooms, tables, services
Sketch the floorplan, set services (lunch, dinner, brunch), capacity rules and automatic comms (confirmation, reminder, follow-up). Pick a ready-made template if you want to go faster.

Redirect your booking widget
Swap the Quandoo widget on your site for the Coperti one: an HTML snippet, an Instagram link, a WhatsApp Business link. Keep Quandoo live in parallel for 2–4 weeks so you do not lose inbound reservations.
